Propeller is located in Exmouth Town Hall. It’s a large top-floor space with views across Exmouth, Manor Gardens and the estuary.
We’re a stone’s throw from some great cafes and pubs, perfect for a “business lunch”.
As well as a professional co-working space, we have a chilled “break out” area, dining space and a communal kitchen with complimentary refreshments.

Propeller is located in the town centre. A five-minute walk from the train station, three minutes from the bus and near the end of the Cycle route.
We're right in the town centre, a few minutes' walk from the beach.
There are 30-minute free parking spaces right outside and we are close to a number of town long-stay car parks (£10 a month for parking with a permit).
