Become a Hub

The Devon Work Hubs network is growing all the time. We’re always on the lookout for new flexible workspaces in Devon who can join us to create the most comprehensive business community in the county. If you think your workspace would be a good fit for the network, we want to hear from you!

We have workspace members in rural, coastal, and urban locations across north, east, south, and west Devon, all with unique venues and offers. All of the Hubs are part of the same network, and benefit from being integrated into a broader council-backed brand.

By joining the network, you can benefit from increased visibility, networking opportunities, and referral business, as well as improved brand recognition from existing Devon Work Hubs members. We also have centralised research and operational expertise which, as a member, you can leverage. And, occasionally, we refer our Hubs to new funding opportunities, providing them with guidance on how to pursue and achieve growth.

Best of all, you don’t have to pay anything to become a member of our network. The criteria for membership is simple, all you need is to:

  • Be a flexible workspace in Devon
  • Offer access during business hours Monday-Friday, at minimum
  • Have high-speed, resilient internet connectivity
  • Have bathroom(s) and basic refreshment facilities

Outside of that, you can offer whatever you want – hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, media rooms, virtual office services, and more are all represented at our Hubs across Devon.

If you own or operate a flexible workspace in Devon and you want to become part of a broader network, benefitting from increased exposure and referral business as a result, we’d love to hear from you.

Hear from our members

"A fabulously stylish space which smacks of contemporary creative muses, coupled with all the comforts an office should have - coffee, tea, fridge, WiFi and a working printer. Its a warm, light space in a delightful part of the village with plenty of space in the car parks and very easy to travel to."
