My name is Jon Morgan and I am the Business Development Director at a company called Intelligent Interfaces. We provide online guided recommendation technology.
I moved to Devon a couple of years ago from Brighton and lived just down the river from the Generator. After coming in to have a look I was totally sold on the location and the friendly community vibes. Being down by the Quay seemed like a great place to work.
The main thing is the mentality that everyone has. Everyone is there to work and achieve but they are also a lovely group of people.
I have a permanent desk, regularly use the meeting rooms and also have a parking space (which is super handy).
